Stayed as a family with kids <5years old. Swimming pool and splash pool was great considering the heat. Property itself needs some upkeep and attention. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base. I would not spend all my days there but considering its location to Marseille and the lovely surroundings it worked out pretty well

Un bungalow au calme

Court séjour en bungalow très bien agencé, mais avec une pièce de vie un peu petite. La présence de fourmis en très grand nombre exige de ne rien laisser trainer et peut être un peu lourd.

Résidence au calme mais à proximité des lieux touristiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chalet de 3 chambres qui était spacieux et bien équipé. Néanmoins la propreté laisse à désirer (moutons sous la table à manger, couche épaisse de poussière sur les plinthes et interrupteurs….) et la salle de bien, notamment la douche, est à refaire.

La communication horrible j’ai tenter de joindre l’établissement pendant 2 mois avec plus de 10 appel par jour aucune réponse de leurs part et j’étais pas la seule nous étions plusieurs à nous plaindre Accueil déplorable sur place . Gaelle à l’accueil catastrophique ne fait pas son travail comme il faut je sais pas quel été son problème avec nous mais CATASTROPHIQUE . Je ne reviendrais pas sa c’est sur

Parfait pour une semaine en famille

Très bon emplacement à 10 min de cassis. Petit village vacances sympathique avec piscine agréable. Les petits chalets sont très sympas avec une belle terrasse en bois. Ils mériteraient cependant un peu plus d'entretien. La literie est un peu dure

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. We hebben lekker in het natuurgebied naast het park gelopen met de hond. Als ik 1 opmerking mag maken is het dat je de douchekop vast moet houden.

Le jour d'arrivée l'accueil n'est ouvert que jusqu'à 19h00 et on ne peut récupérer les clefs qu'à partir de 17h00. C'est trop juste et compliqué à gérer. Après 19h00 plus personne dans le centre et pas de numéro d'urgence en cas de panne par exemple. Le bungalow n'est pas en bon état et il nous manquait des objets. C'est assez bruyant et toujours pour gérer ce problème. Par contre les bungalows sont à distance raisonnable les uns des autres et bien à l'ombre. On nous demande de quitter les lieux avant 10h00 et c'est bien tôt surtout qu'on ne doit pas arriver avant 17h00 la veille. Aucune restauration sur place ni épicerie. En fait il n'y a rien. On est obligé d'aller au village même pour une baguette de pain. On a eu le plafonnier de la salle de bain qui nous est tombé sur la tête en ouvrant la porte de la salle d'eau. Le technicien est passé constater et devait revenir pour un remplacement. On ne l'a jamais revu. À notre arrivée il y avait une odeur de refoulement dégoût dans la salle d'eau. On nous a dit qu'une entreprise devait passer pour traiter le problème. On n'a vu personne. On aurait pu nous changer de bungalow car tous n'étaient pas occupés.

Portail fermée a notre arrivée. Personne ne répond au téléphone obligé d attendre que quelqu'un rentre pour accéder au camping. Personne ne nous accueille. Propreté a désiré manque de matériel pour la cuisine. Revoir les intérieurs qui sont quand meme assez vétuste Local a poubelle tres sale. Camping calme.

La struttura aveva predisposto la consegna delle istruzioni per accedere allo chalet in modo corretto e puntuale riportando che lo stesso era aperto e accessibile. In realtà la porta di ingresso era chiusa e praticamente impossibile comunicare con gli operatori della reception per il mercoledì la segreteria è chiusa, in alta stagione!!!!

Nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé dans l’établissement. Le cadre est très agréable, proche de Cassis et des calanques. La période ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais il y a un terrain de tennis et un terrain multisport à disposition. Les chalets sont agréable et bien équipés bien qu’un peu vieillissant. Très peu de présence du personnel Odalys, mais encore la période et la situation pandémique.... dommage car ils sont très gentils et agréables.
