Ils ont charge 150 euros de securite et ils me n ont pas encore rembourse. C est tres embetent. Aussi, Le chauffeur qu ils ont appeles voulait charger 35 euros pour 2 kilometres. Finalmente je suis allee 25 minutes a pied. Ce n est pas une bonne pratique qu il n apelle pas un taxi regulier.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. La chambre était fonctionnelle avec toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu, tant par la promiscuité avec les transports en commun que le coût de notre séjour.

Hôtel très accessible, à 2 minutes du métro. Par contre dans la chambre une odeur d’humidité mais bon dans l’ensemble c’était bien .

Déçu !
Accueil pas sympathiques, problème de TPE, je dois me batailler pour quand même récupérer ma chambre et poser mes affaires avant de retirer. J’avais pourtant payé 80% de la somme déjà ! Je n’avais juste pas assez de liquide. Lit inconfortable, mal de dos +++ le matin. On voit d’entrée que le matelas est complètement creusé, je ne comprend pas qu’ils ne le changent pas !!!! rideau trop espacé de la fenêtre donc le jour tape dans les yeux, serviette noir, sanitaire mal nettoyé. Vraiment déçu.

Zum Preis alles passend. Leider im dritten Stock kein Wlan-Empfang. Check-In und -Out ging zwar schnell aber Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Es gab keine Erklärungen und auf die Wlan-Frage sagte man, ist jetzt so müssen sie sich in den Eingangsbereich setzten.

1. close proximity to train/bus but hotel should list the name of stop in the hotel info- that would have been helpful our first day 2. most staff speak some English although we speak/understand some French. 3. Room was acceptable in terms of space, no outside sound, and felt very safe in hotel and in the neighborhood. This is the first hotel I stayed inwhich there was one set of towel and was told that if I need clean towel I need to wash the ones issued myself for 6 euros to wash and dry. There was no cleaning of the room and was told that I have what to clean the room. That appears to be the policy; however, the staff was incredible with making adjustments realizing that we were not informed that this is the expectation. The hotel setup is as an apartment intended for French family staying for some time and not necessarily for oversea tourist. In the end, we made the best of it and had a great time.
