Bed not clean. Staff friendly.

The room is behind the reception. There’s no lock on the door. The duvet was very untidy when I checked in and it had a smell. No bedsheet. There was hair on the bed. There were plenty of shower rooms, small but clean. The hotel wasn’t hard to find but during the night there’s no street lamps. There was construction going on at 11pm, with drilling and hammering sounds.

I need my money back!!!

I refused to stay in the room i booked in Sylvabelle hotel in Marseille because it was filthy, stuffy, and did not feel safe. The pictures shown on the booking site had nothing to do with the hotel i arrived to. I tried to get a refund and i was told online i was too late. I m extremely angry, upset and feel i have been roped. I did not stay in the hotel so i dont understand why i was charged for the dtay????

Run Away do NOT stay here!!

This hostel was DISGUSTING! The bathroom smelled like a porta potty. There were only 2 toilets and 2 showers for 10 beds, and one of the showers didn’t work and one of the toilets didn’t work. Of the shower that did actually work I couldn’t get hot water and it didn’t have a shower head. As a result there was always standing water on the floor. Booking said they give towels for bathroom they do NOT. They don’t even have soap in the bathroom for people to wash their hands when you use the toilet. Not to mention it’s a pigsty from construction, although I have no idea what they are working on because it’s absolutely filthy.

Hôtel dans un état lamentable, installation électrique vétuste, literie de très mauvaise qualité, entretien déplorable (peinture sur les poignées de portes, joint de faïence sur les murs, etc.) mais surtout, malgré la présence permanente d'un personnel à l'accueil, des 'voisins' de chambre extrêmement bruyants (musique, voix haute) jusqu'à 3h du matin sans que le gardien, situé à quelques mètres de la chambre, n'intervienne. Par ailleurs, les photos du site ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité !!!

Cauchemardesques!

Bonjour, déjà à mon arrivée pas de parking comme précisé. Formalité d’accueil je prends la chambre 12, forte odeur de peinture le lit manque des lattes une seule serviette pour 3 personnes, je redescends à l’accueil pour un changement de chambre, chambre 17 constatée par vous même sur les photos. Du coup je ne suis pas resté et j’ai heureusement trouver autre chose plus confortable. J’ai essayé de vous joindre pour faire une réclamation, impossible! Comment faire pour être remboursé? Cordialement

Bon accueil, dortoir impeccable, couette douce... La lumière de chevet ne fonctionnait pas, mais celle des toilettes s'allumait à chaque fois que quelqu’une y allait ce qui était gênant passé une certaine heure (notamment avec la puissance importante de l'ampoule). Hôtel très bien situé et calme, la nuit fut quand même agréable et reposante.
