It was a good hotel, clean, tidy room but they have a big problem with the check in service which is not working at all, we reached the hotel at 15:00 and there was many other people who faced the same problem.

That was one of the most terrible stay for a long time, When we arrived the receptionist told me i have to check in via the checking computer but it didn’t work after 20 of trying he came and said it not working i will do it manually, that was not kind at all, 2 NO safe, NO fridge, NO phone, air conditioner working poorly, with the temp we were sweating all night, 3 next we went to take breakfast it was 9:05am the receptionist asked if we booked the breakfast i said no she then I can’t accept you!!! Since you didn’t book before 9:00 I offered even to pay in cash unfortunately she refused although i told her no one gave us the information before. 4 last day at 9:00 am some one was knocked at the door, I opened and the lady told just to remind you to leave the room at 12:00 noon, I was really surprised by this behavior. She could have came a little later. The employees were really very young and seem not to know about the hospitaly job. It really unfortunate and i am really disappointed. Maybe the only positive point is the lactation of the Hotel very close to the marina and nice restaurants around luckily we were very well served.

Agréable situation sur le port de plaisance. Seul petit tracas, trouver une place de parking quand on est en fourgon. Sinon hôtel bien tenu avec ascenseur, propreté parfaite, calme. Large choix de restaurant à 1 minute à pied.

A FUIR sans aucun doute !!!!

Inadmissible, honteux !!!! Un seul conseil pour résumer : a fuir sans aucun doute. Arrivée en pleine nuit (0h30) de la nuit de vendredi à samedi dans une chambre réservée et payée en intégralité pour un séjour de 3 nuits et chambre non faite à mon arrivée: - lit défait avec drap usagés - sale de bain sale avec serviettes non changées et poubelle pleine (je passe les détails visible en photos il suffit de zoomer) Fait appel à des agents qui après 1h30 de soit disant recherche de relogement finissent par les dire de « quitter les lieux et trouver moi-même un autre hôtel » (en pleine nuit à 2h00 du matin dans une ville inconnue à Port de Bouc sans aucun autre moyen de transport que les jambes) Je fais la réclamation légitime d’une demande de remboursement TOTALE du montant du séjour pour les 3 nuits et 5 jours après l’incident toujours aucun remboursement d’opéré car malgré les photos à l’appui et conversations téléphoniques enregistrées durant la nuit en question la responsable de l’hôtel bnb étudie encore le dossier alors qu’il n’y a pourtant pas à tergiverser. Aucune réactivité de la part de la responsable de l’hôtel suite à cet incident.

Hôtel très bien situé et bien entretenu. Le lit et la douche sont très agréables. Mais, seul bémol : la machine (permettant de récupérer ses codes d'accès après la fermeture de l'accueil) n'est pas facile d'utilisation : j'ai été obligée de contacter l'aide.

Superbement situé....

Hôtel excellent, situé au pied du petit port de martigues (port de bouc). Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner avec vue sur ce petit port charmant ! Personnels professionnels et sympathiques ! Bref, Je ne peux que conseiller ....
