"The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! "I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new...

La signora Paola gentilissima e disponibilissima ci ha viziato a colazione con dolci fatti in casa semplicemente deliziosi... attendiamo ancora la ricetta😉! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il signor Daniele, ma confidiamo di farlo alla prossima occasione. Posto consigliatissimo!"

"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase."
