"We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. "Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!"

"The living environment is terrible. The old air conditioner hangs inside the room, which is very noisy. When I sacrificed the air conditioner, I could actually hear the birds singing outside the window at 3 am. The staff tried to open my room to clean at 9 am and I was not check out yet. Didn't they communicate which room was checked out and could it be cleaned first? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in recent years.btw, all staff was good service."

"I booked 4 nights at this hotel and my stay was wonderful. I appreciated the location being near transportation ( GO buses and trains), many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, on Main Street. The hotel staff is amazing, always smiling, ready to help and very professional. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet although there was a big group attending the hotel on the Weekend."

"The parking lot/garage is huge, but no signs telling you which is closer to the hotel. And no marked hotel entrance. Prepare for a long walk, possibly through a shady parking lot g garage. The room was fine, nothing special. They had a whole wall of curtains to make you think you have big windows, but when you open them, there is a comically small window at one end. The carpet was dirty, literal crumbs everywhere, obviously not vacuumed. Everything was so dusty, every surface felt like it needed...
