"Front counter staff needs a training in customer service. I asked if I can check in earlier. They said I can do so an hour early. I arrived two hours early and understandably had to wait which I was fine with. About 15 minutes prior to my early check-in time, the front staff interrupted me, not once, not twice, but three times, when I was clearly on the phone to tell me my room is ready and wanted to process me over the counter. I don't know what their rush was. I was in a rush to check in given that I was heavily pregnant but understand that they have their rules and was okay to wait but they couldn't wait until I was finished with my call before rushing me to check in? I also requested a late check out. They said I can check out an hour late. However, this was not communicated to the cleaning staff who came knocking at my door."

"The pull out bed in the “suite” was broken, and I had to go ask for bedding, then make the bed myself. When I wanted to change rooms that was going to be difficult, however after much discussion and reiterating the bed was broken, we got a move. I think we were on the third floor team section, as the carpets were disgusting, the couch stained, the wall paper peeling. We were moved higher up in the building, and although not great, much better. Expedia pricing gets you the well used third floor. It was a nice hotel in the 1990s There are no options for breakfast nearby, but proximity to the 404 and 401 and highway 7 was helpful"

"Use side doors to access your rooms so you have ramps in case you have alot of luggage or if you have a stroller. You have to go up 2-3 to get into lobby otherwise"
