"Buffet breakfast was amazing!! Room was clean! Staff were very helpful with anything I asked for. They were friendly, eager, very helpful. The beach is right across the street, along with many places around to eat. The best burritos around are at Cactus 222, located just around the corner from the hotel, and it's next to a market. Shoping is all around within walking distance. A must to visit is the Straw Market with many other shopping choices all around and all within walking distance....

"Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach"

"The location, views and serenity are unmatched. The hotel sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and its gorgeous colors and a lush green landscape between the hotel and the water. The stay was lovely, a true boutique hotel."

"The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a beautiful property. Right on the beach with plenty of chaise lounges and towels always available. Some of the staff were friendly and some not so much. Maybe it's the Bahamian culture.... Despite any not so friendly encounters, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink at this resort is very expensive so be prepared when you go. They have a beautiful casino that we passed by every day on our way to the beach. We did not check it...

"Great hotel! It’s close enough to walk to the straw market, but just far enough so you get to much of the madness of the cruise ships. The beach is right across the street. I had an awesome stay!"
