"The building it just amazing, the room was perfect! The food was pricey but most of it good. Now customer service at most restaurants was lacking. When asked about their food items many did not know or couldn’t describe it. It truly sucks. Also, many people expect an additional tip but all they did was take an order."

"Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience staying at this hotel because, I saw cockroaches, and rats around the restaurant. Besides the breakfast was horrible, they only served hard boiled eggs, some American cheese, and oranges. If I would know that before, I wouldn’t stayed any days the Towne Hotel."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
