"Front desk agent Sandra was greeting us on arrival, explaining all features of the hotel and restaurants in the surrounding area. As we couldn't enjoy the breakfast after our second night, she made all arrangements to have us the food in the room from the night before. Beautiful view of the sea could be found on their solarium on the 3rd floor."
"We checked in for 1 night after 2 flights and Micheal Forti and staff were both friendly helpful and even aiding us to acquire a taxi which was very challenging due to limited number. Thank you for helping us and providing our start to our vacation. Well done! Bravo! High recommended.

Ma sopratutto è da menzionare la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale.

"Easy self check in. Nice room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was across the hall but private for that room. Nice little breakfast room with tea and coffee. And only 5 minutes walk to the airport. "

"Cet hotel est parfait en ce qui concerne son emplacement près de la gare et à une distance d’une vingtaine de minutes de la tour de pise et des autres musées.
Le personnel est très accueillant et veille à ce que tu ne manques de rien. Les déjeuners sont aussi fabuleux.
