"Front desk agent Sandra was greeting us on arrival, explaining all features of the hotel and restaurants in the surrounding area. As we couldn't enjoy the breakfast after our second night, she made all arrangements to have us the food in the room from the night before. "We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. There was fruit, yogurt, and juice in the mini fridge and a few packaged items on the table each day. Nothing special. Don't stay here for the breakfast. Stay here for the location and...

"The hosts were very communicative. Make sure you ask all the questions with time so you can get the information you need. Parking is available, but it's a walk. Pisa is a historic center, so parking is limited, but cheap and safe for municipal parking. Beautiful room. Exquisite for a couple looking to spend quality time and great view. "Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. We couldn't have asked for better service - highly recommended."

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfectly situated across from the train station but within walking distance to the tower. Room are a little dated but huge rooms and bathrooms with lots of space and spotlessly clean."
