"We always enjoy are stay there, staff are great, rooms are very clean, excellent wifi plus complementary meal & 2.drinks. The only draw back is they stop serving dinner at 7, I feel it should be.until 8, which gives people time stuck in traffic. We had only 20 minutes to take our belongings to our room and maked down for something to eat. "

"The tv didnt work most of the time we were there. The floor was dirty. (We spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. We didnt have much interaction with them. "beds were comfortable.... excellent water pressure and lots of hot water and it arrived quickly.....breakfast area was nice but choices were very basic..... had a very nice floor lamp in a corner of the room, would have been great to sit and read a book, except there was no chair?? Also, while it still was in place, and worked o.k., the toilet seat was completely snapped apart on one side at the back.... overall, was a decent stay, put a chair back in the room and it would be even better. "

"My stay was completely unacceptable due to the lack of cleanliness and basic functionality. When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again."

"Friendly, helpful staff But. Paying for parking each night is extreme!!! I’m handicapped and had to park pretty far away and pay over $27 a night!!!!"

"The property and room were fine. However, we didn’t think the toilet flushed right. When used (nothing that shouldn’t and not excessive) it plugged. When the front desk was told of the plug we were directed to come to the desk for a plunger and to try and unplug it ourselves. "
