"I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room."
"Spotless, and excellent staff. We were warmly and very professionally greeted by the gentleman on the front desk last night. Very kind… inquired about our drive, offered water and snacks, etc. Definitely a model on how to create a first impression and be the public-facing person. Nice room."
