"Hotel with nice staff and well kept interiors. Stayed on the top floor and the room was very spacious. The bed sizes were very small though. It was just a bit larger than a twin bed. We paid for four people, and we got these two twin beds. I had to sleep on my side to stay on the bed. With such a large room space, why the beds were so tiny, it puzzled me. Parking garage was next to the hotel. Even though it was connected, having to go through elevators, then steps, then to another drop off area was very cumbersome with multiple luggage. The area around the hotel did not seem so safe. Just a block away (north east) was like a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie with homeless drug addicts doing their thing. A few blocks south, there's a Wholefoods store which was convenient. "

"The entire hotel had a terrible smell. The bedsheets in the room also had a bad smell, was very uncomfortable. Basic amenities throughout."

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and nice. Parking was easily accessible. The breakfast was good and they had plenty of options. I’ve stayed here before and they always exceed my expectations. Will be returning for future visits. "
