"This hotel has great themed guest areas, outside guest areas are so nice to relax and enjoy super garden area and views, outside pool is not the biggest but if not too busy is great. Food and drinks are very expensive and service in bar was slow and unfriendly, breakfast which was included with our break was brilliant with plenty of choice and service much better, reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are generous, clean and serviced every day. Shop very expensive which is why there is barely anyone using it, we all expect to pay more at hotels, but with crazy prices guests will go without or go to local shops, lower profit margins and sell more."
