"Nice room and comfortable bed with adequate aircon, which unfortunately would not set lower than 19 celsius. Good shower, good coffee (although no decaf) and adequate space for luggage and such. Very good location - close to beach, restaurants and public transport."

"I came for a conference and stayed for the sightseeing. The front desk sas wonderful. I had to add an extra day and instead of making me change rooms during a hectic day, the clerk did it right then and had a pleasant conversation with me All of the staff had this attitude. "We had to extend our stay somewhere booked directly with the hotel as the offered for the same price and included breakfast but we had to move rooms. We asked for at least 1 room to be ready as soon as possible and was told we would probably be able to keep one of the rooms if we book direct we was staying as my son was to ill to fly and needed another day to recover we wasn't given the room till nearly 4pm"

"This Hotel was one that i can say did not disappoint! The Staff, the room and all the facilities were outstanding. The pictures online are good but the place looks even better in person. The location was great as well. The train was right at the front door and the shopping mall was connected. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"It said there was parking at the hotel on the description but there was a 20 euro a day cost - perhaps I missed this information- and it is a reasonable cost for 24 hour parking but it came as a surprise at the end of the stay - other than that it was a great property and I would recommend it"

"I didn’t like they gave us a handicap bathroom which we didn’t request for. There was no wall or some kind of separation between the shower and the toilet, so much so that the whole bathroom floor stayed very wet after a shower which I hated. There was a pull string on the wall which rings at the front desk when we inadvertently pull it I guess. There were 2 doors leading to our small room and another room next to us, didn’t make sense. It was inconvenient when we tried to get in or out carrying packages or bringing suitcases. Their free breakfast was good. Several varieties of breakfast items were offered. Dining room was clean with plenty of seating. This hotel is walking distance to stores, several local restaurants, and a grocery store. Seems to be a pleasant area and is walkable. There’s a taxi stand in front of the hotel. Transportation is not a problem. This hotel is about 30 mins or so from the cruise port."
