"I had such an amazing experience at the Cottonwood Hotel in Louisville, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chelsea and Ana. They truly went above and beyond during the three-day event for Kentucky derby everything was organized so smoothly, and you could feel the effort and care they put into every detail. The food and drinks were excellent, and they created such a warm, inviting atmosphere that brought everyone together. Even with the hotel almost completely full, everything ran seamlessly, which is seriously impressive. Chelsea and Ana made the entire experience feel special, effortless, and memorable. They exceeded all expectations, and I would absolutely come back because of them. Highly recommend"

"Room was clean! Nice! What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!! Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!! I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and paid $35!! Quite annoying that i chose Tru hotel in large part for the airport shuttle convenience and never rode it!"
