"Clean room, friendly staff pet friendly."

"You have a variety of items to select from for breakfast. The kitchen area is well maintained. The young lady during the evening check-in was attentive and very helpful. The daytime desk staff was not attentive. Although there were 2 staff members at the desk, they were not able to service 2 guests at one time. I literally waited 10-15 minutes before one of them looked up to say, "I'll be with you shortly." A lady in line behind me tired of waiting and left. By the way, there were only 3 people...

"Shottiest place I've ever stayed. Excuse my French. But there was stuff falling off the walls. It was dirty as hell. Looked like boogers were wiped all over the walls. The property managers barely spoke English and were extremely rude and hateful. They yelled at me for no reason and demanded I check out and return at 3 after I extended my stay and paid already. Their cleaning employee was all over the place and hardly cleaned anything. He also went into my room while I was in the office trying...
