予約したとおりの部屋ではありませんでした

ファミリールームを予約しました。写真と違いシングルベッドは無く、床で寝るとのこと。禁煙のはずが喫煙で臭い。クレームしてシングルベッドもある部屋に変えてもらいましたが、今度は冷蔵庫無しの喫煙ルーム。エントランスにはガードマンはいません。おすすめしません。
