Great for privacy as you're renting a condo and not necessarily a hotel room. Check-in was a bit complicated because there isn't a traditional hotel like front desk. But now that I know the check-in procedures it shouldn't be too difficult next time.

I am truly disappointed with my 3nights stay @ this hotel and I hope with my review could make a difference to customers who will one day stay in your hotel and I hope with this review and testimonials pave the way for some changes or resolution on what I experienced during my stay… First of all the room is infested with cockroaches, I had to kill a few of them to show the manager how these critters occupy the room. 2nd..the wood panels under the bed that hold the mattress are not properly installed and the couch’s cushion next to the bed is just like hard board and a report to the hotel manager went into deaf ears. 3rd,the musty odor of the room needs to be addressed…I have relatives and friends who are interested in staying here as the convenience of the location makes it easier to book, but I do hope that the above rants could be looked into…,

I love how accommodating they are! & how close everything else is. The place was very nice, the windows had an AMAZING view! My children loved staying in the room watching the cars, the planes, & people passing by. Definitely one to remember! We’ll book again in our next time in Philippines!! Thank you!

It is located in the business district and close to a shopping mall, so it is convenient for shopping and eating. There were some issues with the water flow in the shower room and the elevator being out of order, but they responded quickly. Thank you.

The location is great-close to everything restaurants, shopping, commuting. Fair price. Property condition/unit-don’t expect too much. Should you have any major concerns, immediately let the airbnb property manager know to resolve it right away. Our stay at this property was ok—doormen were cordial & helpful

Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol.

The initial front desk reception was very unsatisfactory. My flight arrived after midnight. When I arrived at the Beacon, the staff looked at me without even a welcome note They said "What is your Rm # and key". I was not informed I should have been issued a room and key Contacted Exepedia through borrowed local phone as no WiFi connection in Hotel Lobby Expedia claimed hotel representative should issue key and Rm #, via chat I was supposed to be issued a key beforehand Since it was early morning had to find other place until 3pm next day. Again staff asked for Rm and Key details. No internet connection in lobby. Could not contact Expedia for info Eventually a rep advised the key is in Rm and issued the number after much delay Roaches were everywhere in Rm. We cleaned rm and there were still roaches Elevator a nightmare. Always crowded and long wait lines for elevator The only positive was the gym and pool facilities. Roaches even in sauna and shower facilities Overall experience at The Beacon --- Negative-- Moved to a better facility with much better service and cleaner facilities

Dårlig beskrivelse af check in. Intet navn på udlejer, da det viste sig at være en privat lejlighed. Forfærdelig stank af røg. Masser af brune kryb. Skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Meget lavt tryk på vandet. Intet varmt vand i køkken. I bruser svingede mellem koldt og brandvarmt. Dårlig udsugning. Vil absolut ikke anbefale denne lejlighed til andre. Ikke muligt at oploade billeder, måske fordi de viser meget skimmelsvamp.
