Horrible place!! They don’t answer phone calls if you have a questions about check in time if you’re coming from the airport. Dirty! Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else who answers your call when you needed a important answer to your questions. No assistance. Just gauge your money.
Been there a few times.. and they seem to not care to secure our bags ne moare... wanted to check out and leave my bad there and go and eat... and the grouchy one said no can do.. she said leave it with the guard outside.. not understand.. if the guard is responsible... why cant they be and leve the bag in a secure place.. when i checked in.. was there at 12 noon and asked to leave my bag... and go and eat.. it was ok.. by the clerk who was more professional... so went to eat and back at 2 and check in and all was ok... this is a very nice property cuz it is close to most eating and things to do area.. instead of winder acrosss edsa... on Benitz... but seems they need to look into some of what they do to their clients... who have stayed there more then 10 times.. but I guess ... some of them dont care and just looking to do what ever they deem is ok.. and no such thing as customer service...

This is our 3rd time booking here and the last room they gave us was a total disaster. There were cockroaches in the room and the entry card you used to open the door was broken, so we need to ask assistance every time we will go back to our room.
Absolutely disgusting hotel room. Bed bugs. Dirty towels. Dirt on the walls. Asked if could change rooms because bed bugs were biting me all over my body, but reception did not allow it. Rude staff. Deplorable. Do not stay here.
Hotel très bruyant situé à côté d'une discothèque. La propriété n'est pas de mise dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont beaucoup trop chères pour les prestations proposées. À éviter selon moi.
Im not satisfied. No family room available for my RESERVATION so they change it into two rooms but what they gave us was a room full of cockroaches and the other room has a not functioning door. Poor customer services. Smelly comfort room.
Over all dissatisfied of the cleanliness and commodities.

It was a disgusting trip , I traveled 12 hours by land only to be accommodated by staff that are not accommodating and very unfriendly dispite the pleadings i made.
It was terrible service and the place was dirty
.i was not satisfied the place, it was dirty, bad servise, no toilet paper, the sink was clog.with water, the toilet bowl was dirty wont fluah, the shampoo bottle was empty, no soap, and has coack roats, and the phone was not working,we have to wait 2 hours before they check me in my room
We had great time staying even we just booked for a night stay, eventhough the smell the water drainage in the shower room is not good. just hope they will put coffe mugs and electric kettle in the room.
Great location and though the hotel is still under refurbishment, it’s clean and the hallway is spacious. It’s a super budget friendly hotel. Will book again in this hotel again👍👍👍
As an HRM graduate and a hotel years, and as an employee before in 5 star hotel and I worked in International cruiseship.Basically,the guest must not always call the attention for incomplete anemities,make sure before check in of the guest it must in order and clean..The room attendant must report all the defective anemities like shower holder(as what we experienced)so that the supervisor is aware of what should be fixed.The garbage bin must always have a garbage bag.Must have a socket for chargers etc.And please don't forget to provide compimentary amenities..Thank you
