I have previously stayed at Gramercy a few times through another company and have had positive experiences. However, HI Homes messed up my reservation and did not have room cards available for my fiancée at check in, and we were unable to use the pool or any amenities for 2 full days. They added 1 free day to our stay, but that didn't help with the inconvenience and frustration experienced.
We only need a place to stay before our flight back . We stayed for two nights. The place needs to be updated.The hot water is not working, the position of the AC need to be put somewhere not near the bed.
The reception desk is a mess.! I wish the staff are more professional when approaching the guests. ( very childish) needs more seriousness on their faces , firm and a smile not all the teeth are showing specially if you have braces.
Location is perfect but the neighbourhood is a bit disappointed especially in the evening.
private condo ,no trash cans ,no soap ,personal belongings , mickey mouse bed ,not real solid bed like hotels,no TV .everything very old . I think I would stay in a hotels next time. the only good thing ,the area,pool and gym ,that is it. one star . you have to wait hour an half for someone to come down to give you the key and escort you to the room. once he is gone ,you won't able to communicate with anyone until check out time.
Very good and fast service. The only "problem" is the system of not getting a receipt on giving the 2000 pesos deposit. Last time I forgot to collect it. How can I then prove I have given it? Now they remembered me, so I got it back anyways. But, the system is not good. Clients MUST be given some kind or paper, "proof", plastic slip or whatever as proof of the deposit.-
