Everything was perfect and a big kudos for the concierge who never stopped trying to assist me deal with a courier over a delayed bag from Phillipines Airlines, he went above and beyond and showed what customer service is all about. the hotel is so beautiful and we loved the interior design of our room. It seemed like every corner we looked at had something new and interesting to see. We enjoyed some of the desserts offered downstairs and enjoyed walking around the hotel. unfortunately we were unable to go down to the speak easy due to a private event but was really looking forward to that.

Excellent service from staff, pool was lovely as well! Room was quiet. Only complaints were no view from room - we had a window facing the lobby couldnt see anything unfortunately, and shower drain seemed to clog easily and almost flooded over, otherwise was a great stay!

Housekeeping was a bit inexperienced- didn’t change top blanket or pillow cases. Didn’t clean floors at all. All purchased food and drinks were overpriced. Smell of mold was prevalent and the ac in the room caused major congestion. Overall- not bad but need to improve some things.

Denmark and Albert along with other staff were amazing. One of the nights there was a party or wedding on the floor above us so it was a little loud. The staff were all as friendly as I've seen in a hotel. Rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend this property.
