"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"There are so many places outside and inside the property the restaurant next-door called GAIA was a very good vibe. If you are planning to go shopping, this is the perfect place to stay because I was about 10 minutes or less from everything and everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was exceptionally friendly. They do focus on customer service and this is very rare for a place like in New York City. I travel here pretty often in different cities, and I would say that this has been the best...

"We had several problems in our room, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, the speakers in our room didn’t work . We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all. "

"The staff were incredibly amazing, specifically Kristy!! We were offered with great restaurant recommendations. Our room was dusty and the floors looked as though they were not mopped or vacuumed. We were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom and whenever we took a shower, there was A LOT of water leaking out of the shower - YIKES!!
