"Really lovely staff, the hotel is really clean and everyone are helpful. Not much space for more than 1 adult and 2 kids. Tight space but workable. Only thing that I disliked was on the first day the alarm kept going off, and announcements kept being made that it was false alarm, however during the announcement the alarm went off again. On the last day we had to leave for the airport at 3am and the fire alarm went off again at 1am, scared us out our sleep. Only to be disturbed again 3 times to say it was a false alarm. Another thing I dont understand, on check in day my account was charged, and again chatged on check out day, so I have 2 large sums of funds on hold on my account. A bit of an inconvenience. However very accessible resort and we had a great time there. Felt safe."
