"This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. "Prior my arrival I called the host several times, but he never answered my phone calls. I had a hard finding the property. This room is at a four floor without elevator. The closest parking garage is a few blocks away. The town is gorgeous."

"Place is very close to the train station, that’s a plus. Clean and safe. We asked to store our bags for 1 hour and the host declined our request. He offered to leave them elsewhere but we did not feel safe leaving them where he suggested. Was kinda annoying since you can’t really take them anywhere in town "

"I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia "
