"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise.
