"We had a lovely stay here. The location was beautiful and the hotel was extremely clean. The things that let it down were the selection of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets."

"Très propre, les employés sont gentils, le buffet était très bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le secteur paraît un peu dangereux avec des vendeurs qui ont l’air louche. Au moins la police était présente. Le restaurant ferme tôt et après il y a plus de nourriture à aucun endroit à l’hôtel. Ce serait bien que au moins le bar offre de la nourriture un peu plus tard."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities, especially the outdoor and indoor pools & spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, including gluten free options. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment throughout the week. A few small gripes: Toiletries provided are basic: only a combined shampoo/shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion. No kettle in the bedroom. Only one small water bottle per person provided in the fridge at the start of the stay. No water fountain anywhere in the hotel to top up reusable bottles. There is always a lengthy queue for the freshly cooked breakfast options - it would be helpful to have a second staff member at these stations."

"What a great stay! The room and amenities were terrific. From the second I arrived the staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful. Both the pool and lake front are fabulous. The cabin is clean, modern, and has everything you need. Even has a private deck. I can’t wait to be back!"

"We stayed for one week in Bonanza and we highly recommend it. A great hotel with wonderful service and the breakfast and dinner selection is lovely and delicious, the only comment is that water should be at least included with dinner rather than having to pay for a bottle every night. The location is also convenient, and the bus stop 4 to Palma is literally outside the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel with plenty of outdoor space and good dining options. Dinner is served in the Bonanza Playa hotel across the street which has excellent sea views and free cava on arrival. There is also a dresscode with no shorts allowed so don't forget to pack long trousers."
