"Clean spacious rooms large enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Dining area, fitted wardrobes and twin bathroom. Area quiet with good transport links, free hotel coach to Mall of Emirates and Jumeirah beach inclusive in cost, swimming pool, gym and video games room (chargeable). 20 mins in taxi to Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa), 20 minutes to outlet mall. Friendly staff especially May our maid super attentive, professional and helpful. Kids are already planning a return."

Very friendly and accommodating staff, good location, love that Mall of Emirates is connected to it.

"I rang ahead to make sure it was ok for a couple to stay there and they said yes it was fine. When I arrived I was told that we couldn't share a room. I do understand that it is the law in the UAE, but don't give people the impression that couples can stay there. "
"Jumeirah Al Naseem is beyond exceptional. I would give it a 20 star rating if i could. During this trip, I also stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray which was perfect and Jumeirah Saadiyat Island which was very modern and had amazing facilities, but Jumeirah Al Naseem combines all the best points of these two hotels and multiplies it. The room was amazing, the facilities exceptional, and the staff made all the difference and were well beyond incredible especially Davies the guest services manager and...

"Hotel's quite near metro station but its gonna be good if hotel provides the mini bus to send & drop the guests to a famous places to visit like Dubai Mall,Jumeirah beach etc. for free service same like others hotel. Room's also clean & neat its comfortable to stay. If anyone comes to Dubai for sure I'll recommend Al khoory hotel for sure. "
