The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station.

Nice big rooms and breakfast choice was good .... great for the price. Mall of Emirates is very close by as are 2 metro stations. Staff were absolutley terrific from recption, restaurant to Spa and pool Team. Very helpful and kind... they work so hard to make stays enjoyable and relaxing and they were always helpful and smiling .... amazing for price and will be returning. Huge thanks to Amit, Avinash, Rabea, Vineet, Bheem, Samiska, Aasman and Biraj

Nice quiet hotel. No street noise. Very good friendly staff. Second time staying here. Will stay again. Things to improve: coffee shop could have some edibles like croissants etc not just cakes. Wi-Fi is a bit slow at 7-10 MB.

Helt ok hotell men ingen lyx

Väldigt mager frukostbuffé inte riktigt vad man är van vid från ett hotell som kallar sig ” i lyxstil” samma utbud varje dag inga överraskningar en sorts småbröd mm. Ett bra medelklasshotell skulle jag säga , helt ok bra sängar. Försökte hela tiden få 2 st ansiktshanddukar men verkade omöjligt, inga lyx toalettartiklar. Annars trevligt.

O quarto era grande e a cama confortavel. Muito proximo do Mall of the Emirates (5min a pe). Cafe da manha simples mas atendia. Problema com as toalhas que era reabastecidas porem sempre em numero menor do que o de hospedes.. bom custo-beneficio.

l'hôtel se trouve à proximité des grands axes très fréquentés de Dubai, ma chambre était situé au 4ème étage côté rue, pas facile de dormir avec ce bruit constant.

Check in was a bit of a hassle. The hotel was clean all the time. The housekeeping staff was very kind and thoughtful. The hotel however was missing a restaurant that has an alcoholic bar and it was also lacking in food options in the hotel. Location was a bit hectic but very close to the mall. The parking was very tight to get into and sometimes hard to find a spot. We had 2 rooms connecting, 1 room had rusty shower parts and plugs that didn’t work. The second room had a lounger that was in really bad shape. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3/5. Not the best place I’ve stayed, but not the worst.

My stay experience

The room was spacious, and the hotel ambience was good. The staff are friendly and helpful, their room service was very quick. The breakfast was also reasonable and the services in the restaurant was very good. The hotel is not renewed and you can see that the carpets are not very clean, the furniture is scratched and broken and the usb cable was not working so you cannot feel comfortable in terms of cleanliness as it looks old and not in a good condition

Good Value for Money

Unobtrusive well maintained hotel. Convenient location right next to the Mall of the Emirates and the Subway Station. The breakfast quality, choices and service did not meet my expectations for a 4-Star hotel.

Une grande chambre très bien insonorisée, avec un lit immense et très confortable ! Le petit dej manque un peu de choix. Salle de sport ouverte mais 1 machine sur 2 condamnée, dommage. Un bon bain de soleil au bord de la piscine sur le you avec jacuzzi permet de bien lancer la journée. Proximité métro, très pratique pour se déplacer. Proximité du mall, parfait pour boucler les journées avec un peu de shopping
