"Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort. Somit war das Hotel nicht komplett ausgebucht und man hat immer eine Liege bekommen (ist wohl in der Hauptsaison nicht immer so) und auch sofort einen Platz im Restaurant. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Direkten Blick auf das Burj al Arab.
Das Personal war wirklich überall sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen Club Lounge Access gebucht. Dieser Aufpreis hat sich sehr gelohnt. Man kann dort ganz in Ruhe bis 11:30 Uhr frühstücken. Es gibt mehrere...

"I rang ahead to make sure it was ok for a couple to stay there and they said yes it was fine. When I arrived I was told that we couldn't share a room. I do understand that it is the law in the UAE, but don't give people the impression that couples can stay there. "
"This is a wonderful hotel and all of the staff in this complex are exceptional. This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms were so clean with everything you look for in a good hotel. The breakfast dining room is excellent with a great range to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were so helpful and courteous. Location above the shopping centre is fantastic. "Se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente, solo a menos de 5 minutos camk ando al Mall Emirates, donde puedes comprar despensa, comaprar comida prepara o ir a los restaurantes, en el otro extremo del mall esta la estacion de metro y a menos de 5 minutos dentro del mall en la parte de estacionamiento esta la estacion de autobuses y el Hop on Hop Off. Nos gusto tanto la ubicación que decidimos extender nuestra estadia 2 dias mas. El personal muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio y seguro."
