"Hotel was as expected from a Hyatt Hotel. Have visited many different Hyatt’s while on my travels around the globe and feel comfortable and relaxed when booking with Hyatt. Hyatt Amritsar was a pleasant stay and to the high standards as expected. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I have no issues or concerns with regard to my stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

"Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating.

"One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023."
