"Great place to stay to visit Harmandir Sahib Golden Temple. It's right in the center of the action of Heritage Street right near the Maharaja Ranjit Singh statue and Jallianwalla Bagh Park. The soundproofing is excellent to get a good night's sleep, because Heritage St is extremely busy all day and almost all night. The room wasn't super clean and had exposed wiring in the bathroom, but for the price, it was fine. We had great hot water. The staff is excellent and listened to our requests and concerns. Keep in mind - it's located on a barricaded area for pedestrian traffic only, so taxis can only drop you off near the barricade so you'll have to walk a few yards to get to the hotel. Inside the lobby, there are 3-4 steps without a railing to get to the elevator/lift - which was tough for senior citizen grandmother."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The staff was horrible the room was filthy, the towels were not washed, and when asked for new towel they took 2 hours. People were partying and running around all through the halls all hours of the night and when I asked to check out sooner and get a refund they said NO and would not refund if we cancelded the second night stay. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. No one knew what was going on and when we asked to speak with thd person in chage they couldn't even get through and the phone line did not work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"
