I spent a few days at the SureStay and had a great time. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the location was perfect—very close to the Golden Temple. There were several restaurants nearby, and the hotel’s food was good as well.

Staff were excellent and arranged a taxi for us a few days prior to our stay and maintained good communication to arrange a safe trip to the hotel. No haggling and very professional. Highly recommend this hotel, nice 5 min walk to the golden temple. Hotel is within the heritage walk area so expect a short walk from the taxi to the hotel but staff will attend to your bags. Definitely stay here again

Terrific stay—extremely well located.

Extremely well located, just a couple minutes’ walk from the Golden Temple and right in the center of a central square. Nice and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and decent food, too. Great stay.

About as close as you can get to the Golden Temple without being in it. Clean, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, efficient laundry service, nice friendly staff. The food options are a bit limited, but the food came quickly and was fine.

Perfectly located hotel for Golden temple visit.

Clean hotel with a perfect location for a Golden Temple visit. Staff is very cordial, special mention of Mr. Sanjay at the front desk. We talked to the temple bare foot as it is so close to the hotel and all the shops and restaurants are right outside.

The property is above McDonald's in a pedestrian only section of amritsar and just a short walk to the memorial gardens and the golden temple . The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly, helping us book taxis.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for multiple visits day and night to the Golden Temple. Located in a pedestrian area so no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Would happily stay again if ever we are in Amritsar.

Good hotel in great position.

Very clean, modern, comfortable room. Wi-Fi connection ok. Good position for walking to the Golden Temple and other sites. Breakfast wasn't great only toast and cereal if you don’t want curry.

Very convenient to stay for Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Parking is remote which is the only drawback since there is no vehicle access inside the heritage walk area. The rooms are good size and clean, and the hotel appears to be well maintained.

Excellent location

A four night stay, Check in was reasonably quick, our room was comfortable and functional. Majority of the staff were helpful and efficient, they helped us to organise taxis when required at a very competitive rates. A major plus is the location a few minutes walk to the Golden temple and most of the sights and museums in Amritsar. Breakfast was basic but OK, we ate three times in the restaurant the food and service were very good, special mention for the waiter who provided excellent service.
