"Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company toiletries. The cooked breakfast was beautiful and piping hot. There were also lots of other hot food options as well as cereals, yoghurts, breads. All in all a lovely place to stay, with fantastic staff and when I return I will ask for a larger room."

"The appartment was clean and welcoming as it always is when I stay. Sadly the faults I have reported from past stays still haven't been addressed, the broken & dangerous drain cover in the shower is a major slip hazard because it isn't connected to the drain, the steel framed double bed rattles loudly at the joints everytime you move and lastly, the sofa bed in the lounge has a broken mechanism which makes it dangerous to try to put up and renders it useless to safely use as a double bed to accomodate 5 guests as advertised. This will be my last stay in Flat 2 I'm afraid because of the H&S issues. "

"Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order to actually press the numbers and symbols in! :-l"
