"The room itself was pretty good. But for US travelers this hotel does not have Air conditioning! Even though it was 50 deg f outside and one small window open it was still hot in the room. To make matters worse they only provide a duvett without a sheet on the bed. This made for an uncomfortable night."

"Room was extremely small, great view, but big window had big drops of bird poo, doesn't make for a good picture. Good location, easy walk to train into downtown Dublin. Breakfast buffet pretty overpriced."

"The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. However, I do feel it was over priced. We had come from another hotel that was cheaper and just that step better in all areas for the price. "

"This hotel does not have a reception, you check in at the bar. We arrived to find out that the bar and restaurant were closed due to a plumbing problem. This was an annoyance since we had planned to just eat dinner there and get an early night before our flight home. Instead we had to go out and find somewhere to eat. The room did not have a window, just a skylight, but seemed clean and functional. We left early to head to the airport so no idea if breakfast was available. I would not choose this property again."

"Bedroom was clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows were great. Breakfast was delicious, i am gluten free, had great options. Shuttle service was easy to and from the airport. "

"Thankfully only had a 1 night stay here before going to catch a flight the girl on the desk checking us in was litterly the only good thing about the hotel. She was lovely. Our room was very run down torn carpet and not clean. The bathroom was disgusting, sink plug was brown with dirt and shower was the same. We got up at 5am to shower and catch our flight only to discover we had no water. Went to use phone to call down to reception to realise it wasn't working. Hubby rang with his mobile to get a guy who basically said sorry workers hit pipe there's no water and hung up. Not so much as an offer of bottled water to even brush our teeth. We gathered our stuff and went down to check out. Not a staff member to b found. Eventually found someone putting kitchen stuff out who just said aye leave your cards out there on the reception desk and thay was it. I have never been in a worse hotel in my life. 3 star is very generous. It was awful and there is no way I would ever return. Do yourselves a favour and book somewhere else. You have been warned"

"Nice option if you want something near the airport, have seen enough of Dublin, and want to explore Swords (the castle was nice and there are a few classic pubs in town)."
