โรงแรมสวยแต่เก่า อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟ่ดีสมราคา อยู่ติดคลองมะละกาสามารถเดินเรียบคลองไป ดัชสแคว และไชน่าทาวน์ได้ ภายใน 10 นาที แต่บริการไม่ค่อยดี ขอสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกตามที่แจ้งไว้ในการจอง ไม่ได้สักอย่าง ไดร์เป่าผม น้ำเปล่า กาแฟ ไม่มี ขอสองรอบก็ไม่มีให้ จองห่อง Twin room ไว้ แต่ได้ห้องมาตรฐาน ห้องน้่ำกระจกเก่า มีลอยสีดำติดเต็มกระจก น้ำฝักบัวไหลปานกลาง พนักงานสื่อสารไม่ค่อยเข้าใจ โดยรวมวิวโดยรอบสวย บรรยากาศรอบดี

เช็คอินค่อนข้างช้า และพนักงานปล่อยให้มีการแซงคิว ทำให้รอนานกว่าเดิมอีก ห้องพักรวมๆแล้วปานกลาง เตียงขนาดใหญ่และสะอาด ส่วนมากจะใช้เวลาอยู่ข้างนอกมากกว่า

3 Days 2 Night @ Wanna Riverside Melaka
Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. The hotel carpets and fitting are seems to be very old. If you were driving, there are ample of covered parking space and its nearby the place of interest. I will suggest you park your car at the hotel and either walk / use the boat to the place of interest to avoid traffic jam. Limited parking at the city area if you were to use your car. Request for a riverside view for a better view of the Melaka.

Smelly towel
We got smelly towel and not functioning heater. However we satisfied with the view. Nice view at day and night. The aircond need to service not cold at all............ Please improve your room cleanest. Make sure all the things provided is clean especially the towel. ..... ....

ホテルの予約で著食付きと有ったがm実際は付いていなかった。部屋にあるはずのバスロブも金庫もなく、レインフォールシャワーもなかったです、部屋自体は広く若干くたびてて入るが値段なりです。

Disappointing.
There's crockroach nymph in the room. Basic amenities like toothbrush shower cap out of stock. Room has no floor cloth, no hand towel.

The wonderful of Wana Riverside Hotel, Malacca.
It's the 5 minute walking distance to Kampung Hulu Mosque. And also 10 minute walking distance to" Medan Selera Sungai Melaka" Check in , smoothly. also the check out , easily. Breakfeast , surpurb .

Very old and run down hotel. Had a very hard time finding the hotel. No proper signage to entrance of hotel. Stain carpetand the whole hotel doesnt smell nice

service yg sangat teruk.. book sebulan awal, bila sampai hotel kena tunggu more than 2hours hanya untuk checkin. itu pun sengaja masuk lewat sedikit jam 4petang (3petang masa check in) tetap kena beratur panjang dengan guest yg baru book on that day. dah nampak ramai guest sepatutnya bukalah counter lagi satu, ni tak. just biar guest beratur panjang buang masa berjam2 disitu. first and last stay at this hotel. sangat teruk!

do not stay
i do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. no system at all. took a hr to check in and the receptionist just ignored us when we asked questions. the tap water is yellow colour and do not same as they provided the services.

we had difficulties locating the hotel. Phone was transferred a few times before anyone can help us find the hotel.Unable to access their free wifi from room. We had to go down to lobby to get Internet wifi access. We had to let the water run for at least 30mins for a little bit of hot water to come on. Waste of water and hot water was not readily available.We had to bathe in cold water in the morning. The only good point is that it is convenient and close to jonker walk. Otherwise I wouldn't stay in this hotel again

Horrible service
Wasnt happy with the service and room cleanliness was bad. Wouldnt recomend this hotel to anyone.

Will not stay at that hotel anymore. It was also very few guests staying. Breakfast was very simple.

not so good-very slow reception desk- Old furniture and fittings. the only good thing about this hotel, it has its own river cruise jetty where we can hop on the passing boat.

Tempahan 2 bilik tidak boleh berdekatan!
Pendaftaran masuk di kendalikan secara tidak cekap atau sangat lemah. Tambahan lagi salah seorang receptionist agak menipu apabila memberitahu tempahan saya menerusi Hotel.com bagi 2 bilik telah di tetapkan dengan kedudukan yang berjauhan! Tujuan saya menempah 2 bilik sudah semesti lah hendak yang berdekatan. Jadi kalau ada yang menempah 2 bilik atau lebih tidak boleh la menggunakan Hotel.com kan?

stained and terrible hotel
Totally terrible hotel. Staff service was poor. Rooms felt terrible with smell. Towels and bedsheet have stains. Basic cleaniness is needed for this hotel. I booked 5 rooms. All having same issues.

Got cockroach on the bed, toilet and table. Staff at Front office are not helpful and slow, please improve ur service!!!

Nice location with terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Although the lovation is fantastic and rooms are clean, the staff needs to step up their game. Terribly unhelpful and everyone doesn't know what's going on in respects to river cruise (where bookings for the cruise and pickup are made available at the hotel).

Terrible
Hello guys, I really not suggest this hotel. First, when I checked in, the receptionist too slow. Guest need to que so long time but there are three to four receptionist but still take time. I que around 30 minutes just to take my room key. When I enter my room, for the first impression I feel not bad. Suddenly when I want to shower, the tiles in toilet was broken n break in 4 piece. I feel like omg..how could the tiles can break. Aircond also not working good, carpet also not vacuum clean. Overall, this hotel is not suggested. Bad.

Strategic Location and Nearby with Tourism Places
I've stay for 2 days on 5th Nov 2016. Book for deluxe room but changed executive studio. Room: Executive Studio 1. Aircond ● Can't adjust the temperature ● Air-Cond fan have noise sound 2. Water Heater/Shower ● To get the warm water so hard, if you get it, very difficult to adjust the suitable temperature. Either you shower in hot water or cool water ● Water flow sometimes ok, sometimes slow. Most of time, the water flow very slow. ● The door lock sometimes ok sometimes not 3. Lighting ● The lighting in front of TV quite dazzled and make you uncomfortable. 4. Safety Box ● Can't be used. 5. Breakfast ● During the peak time, the food are quite slow to top up. The cereal dispenser also malfunctioned.

Do not stay !
Terrible room condition especially bed sheet and pillow cover, footprint on it! Request to change but no action taken. Front desk staffs not helpful and act blur. Left the hotel within an hour without staying and pay RM400 for nothing to buy a lesson.

Good stay
Everything is just all right. The kettle provided was dirty. The air conditioner was not adjustable of its temperature and fan speed. The TV channels was quite limited.

booked Superior room. We encounter problem during check-in,they provide different rooms compared to the booking detail.Manage to settle but it take sometimes.the hotel are value for money since they have spacious room and location is nearby to local attraction. however the furniture are quite old also the air-cond. the air-cond is very noisy at night and not so cold. feel slightly hot. not so variety of food offered for breakfast. only one plug point available where there rest used for tv & freezer, difficult to boil the water and for other use.

コストがお安いだけに全然期待してなかったのですがキレイなお部屋だし フロントの人がとてもいい方達でした 観光に行くのには少し歩きます

The best riverview hotel ever !
Good location, near to the melaka river cruise and all the city's attractions. Nice size hotel with good ammenities and a river view.

Overall, the experience is ok. The room rate is very competitive. This hotel is suitable for the budget traveller. However, the cleanliness of the towels, bedsheets, pillows etc have much to be improved. I find that the fresh towels stink for some reason. The facilities in the room is also below my expectation. For example, the fridge makes lots of noise. If you are a light-sleeper who can be affected by such noises, this is not something you would want. The toilet is below standard as well. The water flow makes lots of noise in the pipes. I even found a dead cockroach next to the toilet bowl!

Strategic location, spacious and comfortable room
Had a pleasant stay here. Comfortable room and very spacious. Very near to Jonker street with free parking. Staffs are very nice and polite
