"Nice hotel ..clean and quiet..shopping area near by..and masjid ayesha alrajehy next door .. The only thing I didn’t like it’s the (bus service..you have to use 2 buses to get to the haram….(10 minutes or less ) It’s maybe because Ramadan ..but everything else was good ."

"Though the location is a bit far, there is a comprehensive free bus service a grand Mosque and a shopping center within the complex. -The rooms are clean and are cleaned on a daily Ahad on the 2nd floor was really helpful, just have to be mindful to request the bedsheet change. Food if you book (can also pay on the day 65sr) is a buffet system and is standard with these types of hotels. -You definitely have to upgrade to the best view or any view for some rooms. -Staff are fantastic and always...

"Room cleaning was not good . We found chips on the floor. The hotel seems too old even it opens one year ago. I reserved non smoking suite and it was smoke smell all over . When we ask for changing the room they give us a regular room ."

"I had a great stay at Elaf Ajyad Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Anas,Turki and Abdullah, who were outstanding and always happy to help with anything.The kitchen workers were also very kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Makkah as it’s very close and a buggy from the hotel to take them up and down. "
