"Great hospitality! Very friendly and professional staff! The room was very clean! Room service was on top of tasks! I would definitely recommend it to others! My only concern was the destination to the Haram, but there is a bus with very accurate schedules that takes you to one stop then switch buses to go to the Haram! I believe it’s way easier than driving because roads are always super busy! Not to mention there is a point were cars are not allowed ti drive anymore!"

"The room, hotel, and suhoor spread were excellent. The shuttle is a little unreliable with information not being readily available, but when one can manage to catch it, it’s a great service. It is worth noting that the walk to the Haram is quite far, around 30 minutes, and one will probably need to do it quite often given the shuttle is not always available (and if it is it doesn’t drop you very close to the Haram). Overall, excellent experience, would definitely recommend if one is willing to commute by foot to the Haram as a tradeoff for the super affordable stay."

"This place is within a 10-15 min walk from the Kaabah. The hotel also provides gulf cart/shuttle service free of charge very conveniently. The room service was awesome and the hotel staff were very friendly! Would love to come back!"
