"the goog location and near mall, good service and staff"

"More information about pool/gym etc could be nice."

"The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. I was sad to leave after experiencing such excellent service. There were events daily ,rooftop bar and restaurant all in one. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Absolutely awful experience. First day I check in, there are bugs EVERYWHERE. Sheets were not clean, floor was dirty, the condo was not cleaned prior to moving in. Appliances don't need connect to the outlets because their plugs are the wrong type. I messaged the owner twice about the bugs, and despite multiple bug traps and sprays, there are still bugs everywhere. Extremely minimal extra amenities, not even any shower gel and shampoo, hardly any trash bags. What made the me the most upset...

"Roaches everywhere and on me when I turned out the lights. When I turned the lights back on a big rat scurried across the room. I checked out asap and the person that checked me in and checked me out seemed completely apathetic. I guess you get what you pay for but the experience was my worst ever in a hotel."

"Water pressure is good. Respectful and approachable staff."

"ホテルでは無くてホステルです。 シャワー、トイレは共用です。 施設への出入りは電子キーで安全は確保されています。 一人旅慣れしている方なら申し分ないクオリティです。 Facebookから質問したら回答してくれます。 ホテル周辺には食堂や洗濯屋があるので便利。 ビクトリー社のバスターミナルまで2kmです。 grab taxi使いMOA やオーシャンパークなど行けるし慣れてる方には快適。 夜は出歩かない方が良いでしょう。"

"need to improve the room"

"It's not a hotel it's an apartment but ok for the price."

"✅Near MRT Shaw Station and big malls ✅Helpful and friendly staff ✅Affordable rates ✅Clean and spacious rooms"
