"We came to Montreal for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. We arrived 3 days early to explore Montreal before the race. I wasn't sure of the location but once we figured out logistics, we found the being outside the downtown of Montreal was better for us. The green metro line literally dropped us off next door to the hotel and using the metro was so efficient. Location next to a mall and various good restaurants, were a life saver after the crazy crowded venue. We were essentially the opposite direction...

"I had no hot water for a full 24 hours of my two night stay here. The staff was super slow to have this resolved and I didn’t see the plumber there to fix this issue till 24 hours later. They did not put me in a different room while the water was cold. They kept telling me to just wait till it’s fixed. I would never stay here again! I have had way better accommodations while in a 3rd world country!!!"

"Bar and restaurant in hotel is convenient but food is just ordinary. Wait staff are friendly and very accommodating. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Informed there is no cleaning service available unless requested. We made one request and by 2pm canceled it because we had returned to room and it had not been cleaned. Asked front desk for more shampoo. No problem and they apologized for no maid service. While we were there, there was a major wrestling event and lots of wrestling...

"room was clean, breakfast was very basic, hotel is close to Saint Michel metro station, which is the last stop, however, the hotel is not in a great location. very residential, right next to major highway, though hotel was decent and clean, would not stay here again as it is too far and not closer to many things"

"Great that the hotel is now a Hampton Inn by Hilton. The branding ensures that the standards are upgraded. The rooms are all renovated and refreshed with new furniture and fixtures. Hotel is still undergoing updates, so there was construction around the property and with the elevators. But overall it was an excellent option for us to stay in Montreal and enjoy the F1 weekend. We used the metro system to get around (15 min drive to the Radisson green line stop). The staff were great and helpful....
