"This place is amazing - it’s like a resort hotel in the heart of Notting Hill. Beautifully styled but with real substance to back it and friendly staff, the cafe is brilliant, the spa is luxurious, there’s free classes and film screenings and an amazing vinyl listening lounge. Can’t believe how good it was!!"

"Great location on Kilburn high road, across from the station and an excellent local pub. Room was clean, well prepared every day and the bed was super comfortable. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room, didn’t try the street food in the restaurant downstairs but will do when I’m back next time. "

"The quality of the hotel was completely fantastic, clean and modern, I really had a home feeling using this apartment. I would recommend this a hundred percent. Maybe the check in time 15:00 might be to late for some, I'd advise more flexibility with check-in's for example check in times can be at 10:00 or 11:00 am. That's about it :) "

"I was notified about a flood issue in the original flat just 30 minutes before check-in and was offered a replacement, which was described as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the new flat also had a number of issues—including flooding. The windows were built into the roof and couldn’t be opened, so there was no proper ventilation. The WiFi was extremely patchy—almost unusable—which made working remotely nearly impossible. One of the sinks was leaking and so small it was barely usable, even for washing hands or brushing teeth. No idea why the sink of this size is necessary at all. The shower also leaked and wasn’t designed for tall people—I had to hold the shower head in one hand while trying to wash with the other. We also had to wait a few hours after arrival because the flat wasn’t ready and still needed cleaning. Communication was poor throughout—we dealt with different people every time, and nothing was properly followed up. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite being told the flat was an “upgrade,” it came with many of the same issues, including flooding. A nice surprise was the super clean kitchen utensils like glass and cutlery. That was my favourite part of this property."

"This was a great find - we were in a bind and needed to find somewhere affordable to stay in the area. I was a little hesitant about the no-front-desk setup, and we weren't able to arrive until after the tavern was closed, but the staff was responsive via email and checked us in remotely. Rooms were very small, but clean and appeared just as they do on the website. No elevator, and we had a good amount of luggage so it was a bit tough getting suitcases up to the 2nd floor, but worth the efficiency. There was conflicting checkout info, one email said checkout at 11 and one said 12, so we had to make sure we were back in our rooms by 11... turns out our digital keys did in fact deactivate at 11, not 12. "

"Very nice. Had AIR CONDITIONING during a London heat wave. Loved having 3 distinct areas to sleep in. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy to hop on the tube (2 nearby). Tesco next door was great, as was Gregg’s. Wish they would have had paper towels…. "
