"This stay and hotel was spectacular. The property is very well-maintained and the staff was extremely personable and hospitable. They noticed my birthday on my passport and had a slice of cake for me on that day - it was a sweet surprise! On top of the beautiful staff and property, the location was optimal for site-seeing."

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!"
