"Alberto and Simona are not just incredible people, but incredible hosts too. They go above and beyond to help and assist, offering as much as they can to give you the best possible experience. They even offered a shuttle to take me and my girlfriend for the local village, saving us money on taxi's as we didn't have a car. The 6 nights I stayed with my girlfriend felt like home, mostly due to the way the family made us feel. The breakfast: delicious and custom, the view: I cannot describe it...

"Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der See. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz verfügbar. Bitte Markttag beachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. "The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!"

"Lovely small hotel on the outskirts of Stresa. Never had a breakfast offering with so much fresh fruit/delicious ! Nice balcony overlooking the islands. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Couple of minor points- Shower could do with being re grouted/sealing as a bit brown and the sun beds are at the stage for an upgrade. Just minor points and didn’t detract from our lovely stay."

"I didn't explore the area much. But the location is near the train station. I recommend to arrive there before dark or it will be hard to find the way. The room is nice and clean. I think the restaurant there is a famous place for the locals as well because on the Sunday night it was full booked. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport took 10 mins. "

He called and got us reservations at a family restaurant on the island and made arrangements for them to come pick us up by boat. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ponti and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect – right by the lake, peaceful and quiet, yet ideal for exploring the surroundings and the Castle. There are also affordable parking spaces available, which made our stay even more convenient. You can also reach the other cities by ferry. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept really well. A special thank you...

"Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"
