"During our trip to Guatemala in August 2026, we stayed at Hotel Tikal Futura to celebrate my brother’s birthday. It was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The security team made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, gym, massage services, and a shopping mall right next door, with a movie theater nearby! The food was absolutely delicious! Our...

"It’s pretty far from most of the other things to do within Antigua, but not terrible. Just be prepared to take an uber, tuc tuc, or walk 20 minutes if you want to get to the plaza or other things in that part of Antigua."

"was raining and parking is so difficult to find, we end up soak and wet, my rubber shoes was wet and can not used for the day, end up buying another pair for this trip"

"The hotel is rightly located at the center of Antiqua. Our room is decorated beautifully, clean and very well mentained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is nicely prepared and delicious. We would strongly recommend for anyone to stay at San Rafael."

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the park and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. Although the parking is located at another very nice hotel a short distance away, it is covered and secure, which is a big plus. They also offer a delicious welcome drink, and the breakfast is very good as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"Limpio, muy amables y precio calidad bueno"

"One of the most beautiful hotels we have experienced. My wife and I did the Acatenango summit and this is was the perfect place to recharge afterward. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful upstairs terrace while our room was being prepared and when we able to get into the room we were so pleased. The food and drink was superb and our outside terrace in our room had a beautiful rustic fountain."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and I liked the old historical feel to it. You have an actual key to lock the door. No key card. Wifi was good. The only negatives were paper thin walls. You can hear the people talking and going to the bathroom pretty well. No air conditioning, just an old electric fan. No refrigerator/freezer. The beds / mattresses were a but outdated. But was comfortable enough for me. The room did have snacks, bottled water and a couple small bottles of wine...

"Beautiful property. Good location. Amazing employees. Definitely recommend!"

"Utilizamos el hotel solo para ir a dormir, no cuenta con restaurante pero le dan un listado de lugares para ir a comer, no hay parque y la noche en el parque más cercano cuesta Q125 hasta las 12 del mediodía día, es cerca del parque central"
