The hotel was excellent in every aspect you can think of. Customer Service was outstanding. Great property! Very clean and beautiful spaces to relax and take in everything that Antigua offers. On the day of my checkout, there was maintenance in the room next door that was loud and disturbing, preventing me from taking a nap before departing.

I had a wonderful stay at the Los Pasos Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and just amazing always helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. We had a wonderful experience. We know a lot Antigua hotels, and can say due to our various experiencies that Los Pasos is outstanding in many ways. Since we booked the proporty, they solved a mistake (my mistake) in a friendly and fast manner. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is delicious and original. They have a lot of original choices for breakfast. Looking forward for another stay.

Amazing experience! The staff were amazing, the breakfast was DELICIOUS (not your basic continental breakfast) real food! The staff passed by everyday to our room to give us little gifts. There are so many areas to take pictures. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it!
