They had a planned water shut off due to maintenance issues. They did not contact us in advance or give us a chance to get a refund. Only YOU Hotel Atocha
Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!
