Rooms were clean, spent 4 nights there and no cleaning services were provided despite following instructions of placing sign on door. Room wasn’t facing the street as in the picture, no natural light. The restaurant was great and the staff were amazing, Gabi and Juan are the best!!!

The property is very centric, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast is ok but sometimes a little crowded because this hotel offers breakfast for all other sister hotels. We were never able to enjoy Ella Sky bar because it was always crowded with people not staying at the property. The staff is nice and helpful. The good thing is you have a washer/dryer inside the unit you rent. So that a plus in Spain.

We had a great time, the hotel is very well located. the staff was very cordial and helpful, and the apartment was as advertised. The place was clean, and it was well equipped. The surroundings were a bit noisy but nothing too grave.

Great location , middle of hustling bustling Gran Via Close to metro A lot of restaurants and shopping area around Safe , a lot of night life Very good shower Good WiFi Nice comfy beds They do have rooftop restaurant(didn’t try that) Friendly staff Definitely recommend .

This stay was all about location—right in the heart of Gran Vía, with everything you need close by, including a grocery store. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and even included a small pack of detergent for laundry, which was a nice touch. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind. Staff was generally friendly, though a bit more attentiveness would’ve made the experience even better. One thing to note is that at night, there were quite a few people sleeping on the street nearby, which made the area feel a bit less safe—though this is not uncommon in the downtown areas of major cities. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay—would recommend.

Location is excellent is on the middle of everything .you can walk easy to a lot of attraction . But the hotel need improve on the so fi connection that was horrible and also on improve the staff for clean the rooms . We had a not so good experience. The staff take almost all day to come and clean. But besides this 2 points that I believe need improve the hotel is very good and location is excellent .

This is a great location in the heart of Madrid, but the accommodations were a little worn and lacking. In our unit, we were missing a closet door, several lights were flickering, wi-fi was very inconsistent, and the mattresses weren't great. On the positive side, the rooftop restaurant and bar offered incredible views and decent food (we had the breakfast daily) and it was nice to have extra space for our family of four (vs. hotel room). Also, the staff was great and very friendly. Overall, it worked out well.

Friendly staff, great location, grocery store and restaurants near the property. Able to walk to main tourist areas. Kitchen was well equipped and small washer/drier was available in the room too. The roof top had amazing views.

Friendly and helpful staff! A great location a short walk to Plaza Mayor and Puenta del Sol - surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious with lots of windows looking out over Gran Via that open for fresh air plus two French doors to a nice private terrace. Comfortable bed and very clean. Great shower and nice modern kitchenette.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in Madrid. Loved that there was a separate living area from the bedroom. Full kitchenette provided and a washing machine. Staff were always friendly and professional. We walked to most points of interest.

Awesome apartment hotel near Callao

Fantastic apartment hotel with everything you need near Callao, so it does not get more central than that. Newly refurbished rooms with kitchen and all the utensils/kitchenware you need. Very comfortable beds and the view in the sky bar is just awesome. Also the breakfast was fantastic. I will give this apartment hotel my highest recommandations.
