Lovely triple room with a great bathroom. Comfy bed and air con in the room too. Complimentary water provided and we were told tap water is useable too. Breakfast area seating is small but we always got a table - lots of options and staff around to help if any refills are needed. Walking distance of Gran Via and lots of bus/metro options.

I love this hotel. the staff in reception is amazing. All of them are super kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the terrace is very nice too. We literally have no complaints and truly recommend this hotel to everyone especially LGBT+ travelers.

Roommate Óscar is a very nice, hotel. It is quiet, clean, centrally located and the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was THE BEST we had on our entire 11 days throughout Spain. The selection was endless and everything was so fresh! We will stay here again if we come back to Madrid.
