The hotel is close to down town by walking 15 min or car about 8 minutes. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee maker or tea maker in the room as there is no water bottle placed as a courtesy. The price at the lobby for a water bottle is $4.50 a bit excessive so as the room price in my opinion, maybe it was a high season.

The mattress in room 409 was like sleeping on the floor, it was so extremely hard, it didn't even feel like a matteress, I was not sleep fot the three nights I stayes there. Also the bathroom does have a fan so it's very inconvenient.

Excellent hotel accommodations and service. Hotel staff was was wonderful. Great location, to go for a walk in the afternoons and it was at 10 minutes away by bus or taxi from Madrid Center. Highly recommend this place.

A very happy stay.

We were here for three nights and enjoyed the amenities offered. We dined in house for the first night and the food and service were good. The buffet breakfast was very well catered with plenty of choice. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

Clean, nice hotel with friendly staff. The only thing to comment on is the location is a bit odd as there’s nothing to do in the area. You will have to take a bus or walk a bit to get to some life in Madrid.

A well situated hotel on the river

We enjoyed our stay overall but were very disappointed with the service in both the bar and the restaurant which was slow and unfriendly. Also,the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room was a lack. Carrying paper cups of boiling water upstairs was not ideal.

Fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. Close to the center, either walking or with bus (or Uber/Bolt). Easy access to the underground parking (very secure, lots of space). Very pet friendly! Our dog received a nice soft bed, some treats and two bowls. Comfortable room with a big bed and a nice bathroom (with bathtub). Very friendly staff (thank you Sara)! Highly recommended!

All facilities of the hotel were satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent. I also liked that there were churros. The only negative was that there was only one bathrobe and slippers in my double room.

The facilities are in excellent conditions and well kept, rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is worth every penny. If you enjoy walking, there's a park near by and you're within 20 to 30 walking minutes from el Mercado de San Miguel, Cathedrals, landmarks and others.

Nice hotel but upon checking out I was told I had to leave the hotel immediately. My flight was in the evening and I planned to work by the pool for the final few hours of my trip but I was not allowed to do so.
